Terms and Conditions

1. General provisions

SkyCenter is a services complex next to Iași International Airport, offering private parking, accommodation and car rental. By using any SkyCenter service or website, you confirm that you have read, understood and fully accepted these terms and conditions.

SkyCenter reserves the right to change these terms at any time. The updated version will be published on the website and will take effect from the date of publication.

2. Services offered

SkyCenter makes available to customers:

• Private parking — the facilities and conditions are those shown on the website and in the booking confirmation;
• Accommodation — modern rooms and apartments, flexible check-in, ideal for transit;
• Car rental — a varied fleet of vehicles, with pick-up and return at the airport.

The availability of each service may vary depending on the period and capacity. SkyCenter does not guarantee availability without a confirmed booking.

3. Bookings and confirmation

Bookings can be made online through the website, by phone on +40788883388 or by e-mail at skyrentro@gmail.com. A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving a confirmation message from SkyCenter.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided at booking (personal data, vehicle data, flight data). SkyCenter is not liable for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

4. Prices and payments

The published rates for parking are 25 lei/day for Car/SUV and 35 lei/day for Van/Minibus. For periods of at least 30 days, the published rates are 20 lei/day, respectively 30 lei/day. Interior + exterior washing, an optional service, costs 150 lei. The total and the chosen services are calculated in the booking form. You can pay in cash or by card at the premises, or online by card (processed by Stripe). Prices are in lei (RON) and include VAT as required by law, unless stated otherwise.

5. Cancellation and modification policy

• Cancellation more than 48 hours before arrival: full refund;
• Cancellation less than 48 hours: a fee of 20% of the booking value is retained;
• No-show: the equivalent of the first parking day is retained.

Booking changes are accepted at least 24 hours before arrival, subject to availability.

6. SkyCenter liability

The details regarding liability for vehicles are set out in the offer and the booking confirmation. SkyCenter is not liable for damage to vehicles caused by: natural disasters, acts of vandalism committed by third parties, technical faults of the vehicle itself or objects left in the vehicle.

SkyCenter's liability for direct material damage is limited to the value of the contracted service. SkyCenter is not liable for indirect damage or loss of profit.

7. Customer obligations

• to provide correct and complete data at booking;
• to comply with the internal rules of the car park, the accommodation unit or the car rental point;
• to return the rented vehicle in the condition in which it was received, with the same fuel level and without additional damage;
• to hold a valid driving licence and meet the minimum age requirements for the rent-a-car service.

8. Force majeure

SkyCenter is not liable for the non-performance or improper performance of contractual obligations caused by force majeure events: earthquakes, floods, fires, general strikes, restrictions imposed by authorities or any other situation beyond SkyCenter's reasonable control.

9. Intellectual property

All elements of the SkyCenter websites (logo, names, texts, images, design, source code) are the property of SkyCenter and are protected by Romanian and European legislation on copyright and registered trademarks. Any reproduction without the written consent of SkyCenter is prohibited.

10. Applicable law and dispute resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by Romanian law. Disputes will be settled by the competent courts of Iași County or through the alternative dispute resolution (SAL) procedure at ANPC.
